Education Elements works with school leaders to determine the blended learning school model that works best for them.
In some cases, we work with charter schools or others who are starting a brand-new school, while in other cases, school leaders are retro-fitting an existing school facility and its classrooms to incorporate blended learning.

We take into account the school facility, scheduling, technology resources, and staff and student needs, and collaborate with educators to design and configure schools’ physical setup and schedule to maximize instruction and learning. We have found the “rotation” and “flex” models to be the best ways to combine online learning and offline teaching to meet the needs of students and schools. Unlike pure “face-to-face” teaching, these models integrate technology into the core instructional time, with greater personal attention given to students than in purely online environments.
